DMCA Policy

Ray J Sick is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Ray J Sick website or service, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Ray J Sick was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A counter-notification is a legal statement submitted by the person whose content was removed, asserting that the removal was erroneous.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Ray J Sick may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
